Service Technician at Maskinia

About the Position

In the role of service technician, you will be an important part of our team and work to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. You will have a varied job where you will have the opportunity to work independently as well as collaborate closely with your colleagues to achieve common goals.

Your tasks will primarily include:

• Performing service and repairs on machines and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving during technical challenges.
• Customer interaction during service visits and over the phone.
• Documenting and reporting completed work and material consumption.
• Collaborating with customer reception and site manager to plan and distribute tasks.
• Being responsible for maintenance and ensuring that machines are in good condition.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a service technician or has worked in similar technical roles.
• Is solution-oriented and has a good ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Has a genuine interest in technology and machines.
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team.
• Has good communication skills and can provide professional service to customers.

Formal Requirements:

• B driver's license (manual)
• Experience in technical work, preferably in machine service or similar.
• Advantageous with BE driver's license and forklift license.
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish.
